Filed 1/26 and Accepted 1/29. 2/3 Bars went missing and I got the “Your return is still processing” message. I have ACTC. As of this morning my transcripts are still blank as if I havent filed yet and bars are still missing. I have gotten no letters from the IRS. My refund amount is there but no tax topic. Anybody else same as me? I’m trying to be hopeful that really just haven’t looked at my return yet. But now the question is when will they finish processing? Hold time is up!

Sounds like l’m glad to know l’m not the only one. I filed my taxes on 2/4 and it was accepted on the same day. I also have EIC on my taxes and was looking forward to this return as it is a pretty sizable one. I followed the WMR where it says accepted and then after ten days it went to no bars, and your tax return is being processed and showing my amount on the left side.
When l called the IRS, both individuals said they cannot see why there is an issue and told me to be patient. I just find it funny a government entity who can take your livelihood in a second but when they’re holding your money they tell you to wait. So l waited a few more weeks and WMR showed the same thing. So l called my state tax advocate and after speaking with them, they stated they could not find what the delay was. They stated l would need to wait until after April 1st to call back.
What is amazing to me is that l filed in February and now we’re a few weeks away from April and yet l still don’t have an answer, and being told to wait is frustratingly annoying. I only want to know if there an issue or more information is required so l tried to order a tax transcript and when it came six days later it was blank. Almost in the same sense l can only think that the IRS is intentionally delaying individuals or there is a queue of tax forms similar to mine that have yet to be seen !
Its too bad we can’t sue the IRS for compensation because we can be patient if we are just given an answer to each of our individual situations.

I have the same processing message above too! I filed 01/23 and accepted the same day. Only have EIC. I had one bar until 01/27 then it moved to the processing message with no amount. On 02/10 the same message but the amount came back. On 02/17 same message but now I’m able to c both transcripts. My transcript has all the correct codes but no 846. I have code 570 additional account action pending with a date of 03/05/18. My cycle date is 20180705. I think mine is being reviewed. I file with my last check stubs. One of the companies I work for was token over by a new company and thier tax I’d number changed and name but I filed it with the tax I’d I had from last year. Haven’t received a letter yet either

Same thing for me. Nobody could tell me anything when I called in about it. They said no letter had been issued for me and that the 21 days didn’t start until the 29th when they started taking returns. It didn’t matter that they accepted them before that. The only thing that the guy could tell me is that it was pulled for further review which I already figured that so my return is sitting there waiting for someone to look at it manually and if everything looks good they might just push it through. That could be the reason I haven’t received a letter yet nobody has looked at mine yet so it’s sitting and waiting for someone to check it out

I’m so tired of seeing people talk about being under review. I feel like if there was an issue I would have a letter or something by now. I’m really hoping we were just placed in a que and they will get to it this week. It just makes me mad not knowing and I don’t want to call and fuss with them either.

NO updates on the “big update” on Saturday. However, my husband who file single/no credits (not legally married) filed & accepted 2/6 did get an update with DDD for 2/22. He sitting on 2 bars right now with tax topic 201. Says his refund was reduced to a tax obligation and balance is scheduled for deposit that day…crazy huh. I filed first, where’s my money? Lol. Best wishes for all of us , I pray it comes soon for ALL of us.!!!

@Aminah same for me. It’s killing me that is says no tax record found. Like it’s been accepted for almost 3 weeks now and y’all haven’t even looked at it. I don’t know when we’re going to update. It’s like we were put in some que that hasn’t been touched yet.
