      Does the EIC for PATH count for ALL EIC or for those claiming the eic for dependants?
      Just wondering if single adults that are eligible for that credit are considered PATH. I will just assume any EIC falls under PATH and tell the person who asked to not check WMR until after 2/15.

            EIC has nothing to do with having dependents. Single people without dependents are also affected by PATH.
