      Anyone expecting a mailed check from the irs recieve theirs yet?

            mine did… s Ii would say yes they do trigger informed delivery notification.
            one thing…I don’t know if its how informed delivery works , but my mail gets scanned and I get notified the very same day it will get delivered in my mailbox. usually around 7:30 am.
            so I assume it gets scanned at my local post office, when heading my way, not when it is put in the mail by the sender as I previously thought.

                  In Cailornia, IRS mailed on 02/26. I just got my refund check today. See you all next year.

                      Received mine just now. Good luck. Thanks to Infirmed Mail was able to get off several hours early and wait for mail lady.

                            I’m also in Tx. Ft. Worth to be more specific. From all the research I’ve done our checks either are coming from Austin or Kansas City, Mo. Since we didn’t receive ours today its more likely that they were sent from Kansas City. Id be willing to bet they’ll be here tomorrow since First class mail can make it from New York to California in three days. Missouri is actually pretty close so i’m sure we just barely missed the cut off for today. Anyways one more day! Good luck ill post when I get mine or see it on my informed delivery.

                                Oh well looks as though today will not be the day.
                                I will wait with hope and anticipation of the possibility of a check tomorrow. (ha ha same can be said from my mortgage company, gas company, electric company water provider lol)

                                          Hoping upon hope that mine is in the mail today, wmr shows 3 bars and says that it was mailed on 2/26, maybe today will be the day.
                                          I asked for direct deposit so I will be interested if I also get a letter me know why it was a check instead of dd.
                                          Would love to know if others get a check today.
