lost or stolen refund

I recently found I had a state refund at the state treasurer’s office in South Carolina for $823. Also they have told me that I would have to inquire with you guys or the IRS to find the federal refund that same year. I just recently found out my child’s mother whom we were never married she used to do my taxes I found out that she was having my taxes directly deposited we weren’t together nor never married while she was doing these taxes she work for H&R Block her name was Jessica Lynn James now it’s Jessica Lynn Johnson of Grovetown Georgia she work for H&R Block in Augusta Georgia while preparing my taxes also found out she forged my signature on a lot of the things and I think my income may have been also a fraudulent statement by her on some taxes I would like to find out or get copies of my taxes from the past years of filing and also she was on the tax forms checking the box that told that she could still do it formation or something even a year or so afterwards we are not married as I said I am married currently to Angela Caroline Miller we were told that I could get a PIN number associated with my income taxes so that this could not happen anymore I do not know how many years that she may have kept falling or the last year that they are saying that I filed I would like to get this taken care of so that I can correct many of the things that I’m finding has been done in my name without my permission

I am looking for a federal tax refund that was either lost stolen or is waiting on me for I found my state refund. I prepare was my baby’s mother we weren’t together by the time she cat preparing my taxes even after we split up because I trusted her and it came to light that I had this tax refund when I was told I didn’t get any so I’m not sure what the case is I was told that maybe some of my prior taxes to this might have been put into a direct deposit which I never opened one so all information that I can gather on this would be great cuz I have not received these tax returns and it’s been a few years of tax returns I’m just like to get to the bottom of it and get things straightened out and also get my Social protected for the future when filing taxes so I need a PIN number from the IRS
