I tried to get my transcripts yesterday. It said my info didn’t match so I tried again and it said I was locked out of the system for 24 hours? I’ve never tried getting transcripts before and I did move a few months ago, wondering if that’s why it didn’t match up and kicked me out for multiple attempts. Is moving going to affect my return? If so what do I do to fix it? Sorry kinda new to tax return stalking. Lol

Well I just finally was able to get on and get through the process but apparently I can’t get a transcript because my phone # is not associated with my name…wtf!!! It’s in my mom’s name but I an on the account and able to make decisions on the phone bill but apparently it’s not good enough…I’m sick of trying…guess I just sit here and wait it out like I did the last 20 years…good luck on the big update tonite yall!!

You’ll be able to order when the system updates your address

Don’t worry, I doubt it will affect anything. Just try again tomorrow.
