Letter being sent after 21 days are up

Sooo I was just informed that I would be receiving a letter after my 21 days are up I think she was just trying to get me off the phone she kept putting me on hold every 5 minutes for an hour straight…she couldn’t tell me what the problem was but she couldn’t send me a transcript not even a blank one but I was able to order them by mail a couple weeks ago hmmmmmm 🤔 would they lie just to get you off the phone? Why would they wait 21 days before sending the letter that’s stupid

  Ugh – Still being processed is different. There is most likely something going on. They might be able to fix it on their own or they might need something from you. You can try to call back and get a different rep that might give you more info.

  IT says the whole refund still being processed refund date will be provided when available.. had that message since feb 2nd accepted 1/29 , that’s what I was calling for but she said there was nothing to fax…spent an hour on the phone while she was “looking at it”

  Some reps just say that lol. What does your WMR say this morning? You can also get them to fax you your account transcript. It will show you the codes there.
