      2/15/20 I got a letter from IRS requesting 1095a and form 8962.

      I faxed them 2/16/20.

I went from tt152 on wmr to no tt but still refund amount on screen. Return transcripts for 2019 says no return filed. Also states me as head of household even though I filed married with a joint filing.

      Im confused.

Has anybody else gotten a 12c letter and what is or was your process?

Delays keep extending: got letter 12C on 3/13/20 (3-4 weeks after I filed), sent the requested information on 3/15, and still have no refund or status (8 weeks and counting). No way to get status now either due to COVID-19 impacts…

I received my.letter last monday even though it was mailed on the 11th, I filed Jan 15. I forgot the 8962 form when I first faxed it over so I had to go back the next day, on feb 20 and now it’s a waiting game. Hopefully it doesn’t take 6-8 weeks. :(

I swear this year has been such a pain in the neck. Hopefully things go smoothly and we won’t have to wait that long

                Filed 1/27
                Letter 2/9
                Faxed docs 2/13

Patiently waiting…….. it says it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks. I pray or doesn’t at all.
