KY state refund question

      Has anyone ever got this message from the KY refund status page:

      We are unable to provide information about your return electronically. If you wish to speak to a representative you may contact the offices at (502) 564-4581, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time and a representative will assist you.

      I was “accepted” on 2/9 and I still have no status. Should I call (hold times over an hour every time I try) and actually speak to someone or is this just a canned response that everyone gets?

          Yes I got the same message it never did show me anything on the website, I filed 2/3 and my State got deposited this past Friday.
