My Ky return was filed and accepted the 28th. It doesn’t show anything at all on the online or phone line. Do they not process until federal is approved? No movement on WMR and no transcripts so it would be nice to have something. :-/

  They replied to my clarification stating next week will be the earliest they will deposit and that’s still not sure.

  This is the reply I got to my email today:
  
  We are actively working on getting the phone number and website up and running. I would check back next week to see if it is working. If you have already filed your return, it should come into our system within a week. Your refund should mail or direct deposit 5-7 business days after that as long as it is an error free return. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  I’m having the same issue. Turbo Tax says mine was accepted by KY on the 20th. I heard that they weren’t going to start processing until the 19th this year, but we’re 4 days into this! As far as processing state after federal, I’m not sure how they do it. But yeah… you’re not alone.
