      I understand that the wmr section and transcripts section isnt working properly.but what about the app? Is that working properly?

          The app is not working properly either. Neither is the Facebook app. Nothing with the IRS seems to be working currently. I’ve called all day about my reference code 9001 to get more info however there systems have been down every time. Sorry I couldn’t give you better news :/ also, the IRS rep told me it takes 6-8 weeks to get a copy of your transcripts…
