Lady told me that nobody’s 21 days started until the 15th for pathers. She also said that wmr updates codes everyday not ddd or that stuff, so if im not receiving a code dont worry .. I get it people has received their money and some like me have not , 2\6 accepted that day , had 1 bar until 23rd then went to “Still” and 152 . all info still same on left and have not received a code .. So who knows she said call back on the 6th if I’ve still not received info.. Just a little info

  Same here Chicagoannie. Aggravating to say the least and now I’m concerned b/c when I called she said my refund was under review. No WMR codes or papers to fill out so that’s a good sign. I guess? Sigh.

  Tks for update. I think it’s crap that she wouldn’t look your account up. Keep updating guys. F/A 2/6 1 bar tt152 being processed. Woke up to “still”on 2/26. Both credits. SS and refund amt never disappeared. Just my 1 damn bar.

  Thx for the update and info. 26 minutes is quick! It took me about 40 minutes to get a human when I called. lol

  I will call again tomorrow because she had no idea who i was , so ill call again tomorrow and find out something more. Took total of 26 minutes to talk to a live person
