I’ve filed my taxes 1/24 and was accepted 2/3 and I lost bars idk when and I’ve been on “we have received your return and it’s being processed” seems like forever. I got a 4464c letter dated 3/6 and then I got a CP05 dated 3/9. Ive never called to speak with an irs rep but look like my first call will be on Monday to speak to a tax advocate because my lights will be disconnected come Friday.

If they turn off your lights and you get the virus your utility company will be doing what the government is discouraging and that is aiding to spread the virus around. I don’t think nobody’s lights are going down in a state of a public health national emergency.

Osrael90 I’m unsure I would hate to give you false information but I’ve seen on another fourm that a lady said a tax advocate told her the only “hardship consideration” they take is eviction notice or already evicted and shut off of utilities or disconnect notice. I will be calling Monday morning as well to get a tax advocate. I’ll be sure to come here and let you know how it goes.

I filed Jan. 28th and it’s been stuck on we have received your tax return and it is being processed for forever. I received a cp05 on March 9 too. I’m going to try to get a tax advocate on Monday. My husband lives in a hotel and he makes just enough money a week to pay for the hotel and the poor thing can barely eat cause he has no money left over to buy food. he is tired of living like that. I live with my mom and my husband is not allowed here. Would that be considered a hardship?

Is it because of the word congress again? Wasn’t that what happened the other day? 🤔

Why are my posts waiting moderation? I’m done with this site filtering speech.

@asmr187 So glad to see some January ppl whom have gotten a DDD. I get so frustrated seeing ppl whom just filed and are readY to ask for a tax advocate.

I filed on 1/23. Accepted same day. CP05 letter dates for 3/9 and got a DDD on WMR yesterday for 3/18.
