I filed with Jackson Hewitt like always. Filed 1/21 received same day. PATH message until the 16th, now I’m missing bars and message states “we have received your return and it’s being processed” no TT 152 it disappeared when I got this message this weekend. When I log into the Jackson Hewitt site it says something about the 21st, is that when we are suppose to receive our refunds?! I’m so confused this year! Anyone have any insights?

Republic Bank is the middle man that will take your fees out of your refund, if you elected to pay them that way. From there the remaining will be sent to your bank\card. Amex Serve is NOT Republic Bank.

So I called my tax preparer who is with Jackson Hewitt and the IRS issued a statement to them that they will start releasing funds for EITC and ACTC on 2/21. Also when you call the JH office it dates the same on the automated line

No update here either. I have a processing date of February 10th and cycle of 20200405 and still nothing. This year I swear has been more stressful than last year when the shut down occurred.
