Filed today asking for adv with JH told me it would be on amex card they gave me within a few hours it has been 4 no update. Anyone else do this and how fast did u get the advance.

I did my with the check stub got the first 200 went today with my w2 to get the rest got an email that says I was approved again but the card still isn’t loaded that was over six hours ago any advice on what I should do. The office doesn’t open on Sunday

So i called actual customer service no help what so ever they say that it can take up to 24 hours. This is not what we were told at the place we filed. Royally pissed off. Normally we do h n r block n i do it myself but with the hold this year i was hoping to get a bit earlier.

I called her already she said keep checking and if its not on there tonight check tomorrow should i call customer service or the acutal lady who did them at the site

yes they told me 30 mins but it was more like 2 hrs so i called the office where i got them done and they forgot to hit release lol but they did after my call and they hit 20 mins later

You need to call them, it shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes

Hello… Did the advance and got the first $200 with my paystub…took about 24 hours. When i took my W2 in and got the rest…I got it in about 10-15 minutes.
