      Im just wondering if anybody had more information on it. they say that its 35.9% imterest. also they say its $24 per 1000. so if you qualify for the $7000. that means its 168 in interest. i read that it had to pay back within 24 days. but the bigger question is if you dont get your refund to pay it back within the 24 days how much more do you actually owe.
