jackson hewitt ddd 2/23/2017

my ddd is 2/23/2017, every year i received it a day earlier up until today. for some reason i been seeing allota people with ddd of 2/22 and 2/23 get theirs. the only ones i havent seen get theirs with ddd of 2/23 is people who filed with jackson hewitt. what is going on!!!! anyone that has received their money who filed with jackson hewitt with ddd of 2/23 post a comment. even if its showing received at the santa barbara bank, my refund is not even showing received. please post a comment

Hi Everyone,
So I just got off he phone with a rep from SBBT. There are different departments and numbers for SBBT: 1-Turbo tax; Tax Act (etc)., 2- Liberty Tax Service, 3- Jackson Hewitt, 4 private tax prepares. So I was told to call the number for Jackson Hewitt (888-353-7228). I told the Rep that I spoke with the IRS and the agent informed me that my refund was already released and accepted. My refund is supposed to be going through Jackson Hewitt and SBBT for fees then to be deposited on an AMEX Serve Card. I told the rep that I wanted to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the card accepting the refund. The rep first stated that they haven’t received my refund. I asked her how that was possible when the IRS agent told me that the dd was accepted. I asked if there was a problem. She stated that there were no problems, but that the refund was not yet processed and to call them back tomorrow, 2-23 if I hadn’t received my refund by 12pm PST. Is there anyone else with an AMEX Serve/ JH/ 2/23 on the west coast who has or hasn’t already received their money?

DDD 2/23/17

My fees have been taken out and my refund sent to my Serve Card from Republic Bank 6 hours ago? I’m waiting for AMEX to post it to my account.

I am in Illinois.

Last year It didn’t get on my serve cardo until the DDD date.

Filed through taxAct but basically same as Jackson h. Fees taken out and put to Amex serve. Fees have been taken it’s Amex that is dragging its feet dunno why.

Fees and the advance was taken out from Federal
Filed with Jackson Hewitt accepted the Serve Card (Temp card would not activate for the personalized card so I was flipped to a check)
Going to Pick up My check from JH today.

Keep checking, SBTPG is open from 9a-9p Eastern, and I know last night they were updating throughout the night
