I filed with Jackson Hewitt and am having my refund loaded on the serve card. I also show the path message on WMR.. has anyone gotten their refund date or anything through them?

  Just curious but sbtpg says at the bottom of the page the amount that is deposited. Does this mean they have the money or that they expect this much?

  JH uses Republic bank not Sbtpg.

  Same thing here and nothing……I just opted in for text notifications from serve so hopefully something soon. From what I hear Jackson Hewitt doesn’t have any info either

  no, nothing yet, but the funds go through santa Barbara bank and trust, if you go to their website, you can see if your funds have posted there or not. https://cisc.sbtpg.com/ that’s the website. I know turbo tax used them, but I didn’t know Jackson Hewitt did too until today. hope this helps :)

  First year with JH. Confused…will they load the refund on the temporary AMEX card that I got the day I filed or the permanent one that I received in the mail? Actually….don’t care which. This is getting ridiculous
