      Had a ddd of 3/10. Sbtpg received refund on the 9th and took fees and my advance out on the 9th but still haven’t received my refund. I always get a check printed at my preparers office. They don’t have my check. Called sbtpg they say my preparer does have my check. Keep getting the run around and very frustrated. Anyone else have this problem?
