      So last week I was able to order my account transcript with my old address, now I can’t order any transcript with my last year’s address or the address I filed with this year, is this a good or bad sign?

          It’s the – return transcript you want to check not account. So you being able to order it last week doesn’t mean much.

          As far as both disappearing. If it was just today, I’d try again tomorrow, maybe they’re having technical issues.
