Is the date next to the 846 code the day I’ll get my deposit?

There were many codes on my transcript including 826, 971 and now 846. I feel better now seeing the 846, but does this mean I’ll get a deposit? The date next to the 846 code is 2/25/22. The amount next to it is 7k less than what I was supposed to get back. They even took the advanced child tax credit for an offset. I didn’t think they could do that😞.

ANYWAY…. Is the 846 code good news and should I get my money (what’s left of it) on the 25th?

ANYTHING you get for a return can be offset. But yes. That’s the date it’ll hit your bank
