      im usually the one helping people but quick question.. Had anyone gotten their IS Return back yet? I mean we filed 1 week b4 start with our preparer and should have gotten something. Yet her I am along with many others and nothing.. finally got a little further on the phone but, still said its too busy call again tomorrow.

          I filed my taxes end of Jan 20′. Separately filed my IS claim early Feb. 20′. Finally received my refund 6 months later July 20′. Rewind, customer service told me they wouldn’t process my IS refund until 2021. Guess I was lucky? I kept calling and calling too. It took me 1 week of staying on the phone during opening and begging them to transfer to the correct dept and finally getting help.
