      Hello all,

      I filed 4 taxes this year (including mine).

      One return had no tax credits (regular 1040).. I filed January 29th and he recv’d tax return on February 12th…

      I filed another one the same day on. 01/29 with EITC & her return came on February 26th…

      Another return with EITC & CTC was filed on 01/27 and the return also came on February 26th..

      I filed mine on 2/22 and I am currently at the still processing part… Wow i guess PATH applies even after the deadline this year…

      Let me know if it’s the same for you…

            I had the CTC. Accepted on 3/5. Refund on 3/13. No update on WMR. Eight days this year. Fastest ever.

              Update: JUST CHECKED WMR and my DDD is March 17th.
              I also got the message

              “If your refund is not credited to your account by March 22, 2020, check with your ban”…

              Details on when I filed is above at the top of the forum…

              When my DD hits my account it will have been 24 days.

              GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

                TOTALLY AGREE!! I do not understand this post dated letters BS. If you know you’re going to be sending me a letter in three weeks, why not just send it now? Let’s get this freaking show on the road. 🤬🤬🤬

                  I think I already ID verified when I e-filed. I put in our driver’s license #s and generated a PIN for this tax season. I called and they said could be a review but didn’t know why and not to call back until after April 23. Maybe they will send a notice on 03/16? These future dates with no explanation are ridiculous.

                    That sucks about the smaller refund, but it sounds like you’ll be getting it soon!! Good luck and keep us posted! 🙏🤞🙏

                      You have the 570 & 971 codes on your transcripts, but never received a letter? That’s odd. The 570 means you’re under a 45-60 day review (in case you didn’t already know what those codes meant). I’m broke too and hoping and praying we see some movement VERY SOON!

                        I have a new address this year and I didn’t have to IDV, but I am under the dreaded 60 day review…🙄🙄🙄

                          @brokemomma… you should call to see if you have to ID verify.. It appears that anyone who had a different address this year than last year when you filed have been flagged for the 5071

                              2/18 PATH freeze lifted;
                              2/27 Rec’d 5017C letter to IDV, dated 2/24;
                              3/5 WMR updated from “still being processed” to “being processed”;
                              3/7 WMR reported DDD of 3/11;
                              3/11 DD hit bank before 3 a.m., PNC Bank.

                              God is good; be encouraged! But it was 5 wks for me.

                                Yep, it went down. TT didn’t ask for the 8962 info this year and so they had to recalculate…it’s been a mess but I called the IRS yesterday and they said they were done making the changes so I am hoping that means an udpate this week

                                  Your refund amount went DOWN?? That’s really bizarre…did you notice a mistake in your return by chance? Did it used to be higher and then you checked and it’s now $700 less? If so, then I would assume yours is currently being processed and you should receive a date soon. Just my thoughts. Good luck!!

                                        I meant they recv’d their “REFUND”… My Iphone keeps plugging in return, but the people know what I meant. Since we’re correcting each other the IRS isn’t giving us a thing. The refund is our money (excess of the taxes held during the year).

                                        The delay is crazy this year because I file the same tax returns every year and all refunds are issued within 2 weeks. I guess we just have to wait and see.

                                          I was accepted 1/27. I had bars til 2/15.. then path mess, then changed 2/16 to the generic message of being processed. Been same mess since. Ordered my 2nd set of transcripts 2/28 and got them yesterday via mail.
                                          Cycle code:0705
                                          570: 3/2
                                          971: 3/9
                                          No update or movement on WMR 😢
                                          Why do codes 806, 766, and 768 all have dates of 4/15/20?!

                                            We send in a RETURN and the IRS gives us a REFUND (not a return).

                                            Yes, it appears many filers who claimed credits pertaining to the PATH Act faced delays. My delay was worth two weeks or more. Instead of getting my refund within 21 days, it will be 36 days since I filed that my money lands in my account. And my refund is rather small (compared to average).

                                                I filed on 2/8 accepted same day. EITC and ACTC
                                                I lost my bars and says “still being processed”
                                                I called last week and they said my return is being Manually Processed (?) but did not show any letters being sent or any problems. I will be calling again on monday to see if there are any updates.
                                                Getting frustrating!!
