…is only available electronically in April? WTF? I don’t want to have to mail my crap in? This totally sucks donkey dong.

  It’s still not available for efile on TT. Guess I have the mail the crap in.

  Yes, that’s par for the course for those disaster related forms. It could be ready earlier for efile prior to april. Honestly, if i were you I would wait. If you mail it in, you’re looking at an april receipt for payment anyways.
