          @Sweetiee yes, I could order both thru the mail. My refund transcript just basically told me that my account has a 570 hold.

              It won’t let me order my phone but I was able to order thru the mail. Can’t access online. Took about 10 days to get to me and all it told me was that my refund was frozen until further review. So the myth that if you can order then it is done processing is FALSE.
