      So I mailed my IS form after the refund was taken for student loan debt. I mailed it on the 2nd or 3rd of February. Still no update on the transcript that it’s been received, and I even called to see if they received it and was told they don’t see it. Has anyone else mailed an IS form and not seen an update? It’s been like 4 weeks and I’d at least think they’d tell me if they have it.

          Did you mail it to Ogden, Utah or your local irs office?
