is 1095 NEEDED?!! please help!

      When I filled i brung my 1095 but the text prep said it was not needed. Spoke to IRS and they told me it was needed and i need to fax them a cooy of my 1095. IM SOO ANNOYED!! Did anyone else have this issue?
