OMG, I filed IS with my 2019 Refund on March 26. I was to receive 5531 for the refund, plus 1200 for me, 1200 for my husband and 1000 for the 2 kids under 17 we have together. thats 3400….He has back child support 4656. the TOP number said I had no offsets but he had one dshs offset for $282.52, one dshs for 1742.48 and one dshs for 3550= 5575 way more than what he owes on top of them taking out 425 a month from unemployment and the kid turns 18 and graduates end of June and his current support order is only $50. I knew it was going to be a hassle but I would like to know when they will process our Injured spouse paper work. I know child support will eventually refund the over payment thats what has happened in the past, its just odd that two offsets came out of the refund, one offset came off the stimulus and $700 dollars was reduced right off for a “past tax debt” that isn’t mentioned in the recording for either one of us I think I’m gonna end up with 2300.
