      Hey guys,

So I was accepted On 2/1, around 2/15 my wmr bars went away and it says still processing to this day, I called yesterday was told a letter was sent out, called back today and claimed that I never received a letter and that I should have had it by now and can they resend the letter or check to see if It was sent to the correct address. Come to find out a letter was never sent but the rep saw that additional information is needed, she just couldn’t tell me what it was or give info about the letter because again it was never sent. So she put in a request to the department for them to resend which she says can take 4 weeks and I need to wait until after to contact them again. I AM SO OVER THIS MESS. Anyone else feel my pain lol

I faxed my 12c letter 2/25. I haven’t been able to order my transcripts by mail. It wasn’t even found like they didn’t exist but today I am able to order them. I’m hoping this means a DDD soon. Maybe this big update Saturday.

Filed 1/29 and accepted same day

Well let’s hope that’s all, I just faxed over the documents 15 min ago. I just hope they accept it because I haven’t even received my letter yet. And if they accept it they said it can take another 8 weeks for them to process. So frustrating

I believe I’m in the same boat. Filed 2/4 accepted 2/6. Bars went away 2/17 and still processing message. Called Tuesday and was told a 12C letter will be sent but rep didn’t know why which I looked up and is common for missing 1095a/8962 form. TurboTax never prompted me so I didn’t include. Just faxed forms over this morning.

Ok guys finally got some info. So the letter has been generated but wasn’t sent out as yet. But the rep was able to pull up the letter today and tell me what the IRS is requesting. So they need my form 8962 and 1095-a. To prove we had insurance all year. But what pisses me off is that TurboTax didn’t ask me about my health insurance at all this year. So the guy said a quicker way than waiting for this letter to come is to print out the form 8962 Along with my 1095-a and fax it to them

I don’t understand why it takes up to 4 weeks just to receive a letter, give them what they’re asking about and then wait 9 weeks after that for them to process. Just BS

Been waiting since 2/3 for a letter, that’s apparently when my refund went into “error status” aka under review

It doesn’t take that long to mail a letter…i have been waiting since Feb 21.for letter. But my wmr been saying take action for a month. It said you will receive a letter within 30..

Yeah, it seems like they are telling everyone that they sent a letter, but most got nothing. My 4464c letter didn’t even have my correct city on the address. That’s how incompetent they are. More than likely you are under a 60 day “review”. They’ll contact you by mail if they need additional info. It’s a stall tactic. They don’t want to give us our money.

They have one job to do, send a letter, and it takes them 4 weeks. But yet we have hospitals being built in 10 days in China. IRS needs to step it up

Oh do I ever. First time I called they said I would get a letter this week, next time a called they said a letter was transcribed not sent and takes 4 weeks to be mailed. I need a few more days before I can call the IRS back or I’m gonna lose my mind lol.
