      So I’ve been trying to call in since 715 this morning and have been booted from every possible avenue to speak to a live agent.

      I think I’ve tried every route but then get told that the call volume is so high they’re not accepting any more calls and hung up on.

      Does anyone have a number that gets through and doesn’t auto disconnect you?

      Yes I’ve tried the tacked one at the top of the forum but still hung up on and the 1040 # is useless

          after a 20 min hold the guy asked a ton of questions put me on hold came back and asked about my spouse and put me on hold again. When he came back he said they have my return, no errors, just back logged and no clue when my return will be processed. Really!?

            I called them and got through this morning. was on hold for about 20 minutes but went through. You have to call several times to actually make it to the call que.

              I have tried numerous times. I think if they would do their dang job in the first place the phones wouldn’t be so dang busy today.

                  Might just be not open yet. Only 9am eastern I don’t know what time zone they are in
