      It was mentioned that they are opening back up a bit. So, what does that mean?? Any ideas?

          They are open as of last week in the offices catching up on paperwork and working on the system glitches.
          Word through the grapevine is in another 2 weeks they should be mostly caught up and will be taking calls.

          They want to process as much as they can in 3 weeks so there is not a billion calls. They are trying to be productive.
