      I have called 3 times and once they actually just hung up on me after I put my info in, the other two times the message said “due to the nature of your call we cannot help you at this time” and tells me to call back another time!? Like yo if I need to verify or something I want this shit done!!!! I’m one of the “No info available about your refund” people. They really aren’t gonna even let me try to see what is happening!? 😡

          Yup same here. Been calling last hour and 45 minutes roughly
