Updates to Where’s My Refund Status Delayed for Some

The Where’s My Refund app may show “Return Received,” even if we’ve already issued your refund. Your refund will not be delayed. There’s no need to call the IRS.

So, your refund may be coming regardless of what wmr says. Hate the waiting game tho

Same as last year, even after mine was deposited the WMR never updated.

WMR finally works. 16 days after I filed — 9 days after I got my DD — the IRS Get Refund Status tool finally indicates 3 bars and says my DDD was “February 26, 2021.”

My tax return say received and is processing. I’m trying to figure out what date will my refund be direct deposited on my American express card

@Holly They cannot see them because they cannot register. All who show as NA have not been processed yet. No processing means no refund.

Can they just not see their transcripts because they can’t register on the IRS website or are they’re transripts listed as N/A?

I file for someone who cannot view their transcripts and the WMR shows as “return received.” However, their refund was released and will be sent to their bank tomorrow.

I honestly stopped checking WMR. It has NEVER been accurate for me.
