IRS Fax Number

Can anyone share fax number they have for IRS? Received a CP75 notice that listed 1-855-648-6646 as fax number to respond to. I originally faxed the info 3/15. Have not been able to get anyone on the phone at IRS nor has the local TA office returned one of my calls. No movement on WMR and can’t check transcripts because I can’t provide all the verification for the online account. Stimulus payment received no problem on 4/15 and included the $500 for dependant, but refund is held to verify EITC and dependant. I wanted to resend the fax today but the line keeps saying busy, I’ve tried calling the fax number as well just to see and it always says “all circuits are busy please try again later”. I have tried at all times of the night and day but always same thing. If anyone has another fax number i could try it would be greatly appreciated.
