I know I’m being impatient but Chase Bank is known for their hidden rules and oki-dokes. The IRS said “Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 23, 2017.
If your refund is not credited to your account by February 28, 2017, check with your bank to see if it has been received.”

I won’t go nuts until the 28th but it’s cutting it real close to when I know I will NEED the money to stave off a crap ton of interest fees of my Student Loans.

Has Chase ever DD the money money before the last day?

Have they held it for months or simply kept it?

Normally I’ve gotten it the first day of deposit but I’m a Murphy’s Law kinda girl and when I know I NEED it, that is when Chase will come up with a new rule which some kinda of ways means I will not get my refund.

      Any thought?

I have netspend which i have used in the years before, however this year it says money was deposited 2-23-17 but no funds yet. Its crazy because i really need my money TODAY its 2-24-17 its a bunch of bs if you ask me. Netspend has been HORRIBLE and i will no longer use them for any tranactions

I have chase too… I know how they can be… but I’m sure everyone’s money will be in their account at least by the 28th. I doubt it will even take that long… try to keep busy in the meantime and before you know it, it will hit. Good luck guys 😊

I think that Chase is full of it. They just want a few days to collect some interest from your money.

I also am having the same problem with chase. I was on the phone for 25 minutes and they said the research department see’s nothing coming thru. So worst case they said I will receive monday or tuesday.

I also have chase and WMR says my refund was sent to my bank on 2/23 which was yesterday. Still nothing in my account.

I called Chase 10 minutes ago and the customer service reps used their tools to see if there was anything pending for my account and said there was nothing at all.

Still hopeful I’ll get it today.

                      @Sarah Barcroft

Mine is the exact same!!! It’s stated DDD 2/23 and nothing.. also my WMR updated and all three bars are full and nothing.

Oddly my cousin stated that she checked her account intermittently throughout the day and noticed the deposit hit at 5pm PST. She thought it was the oddest thing.

So we have to keep positive even though I have a load of bills to pay. Lol

                      Sincerely,
                      Monique

I have Chase too and they never held mine. Must be waiting on the IRS to send it over.
