      So my refund amount on my transcript is $220 less than what I was quoted. And I have codes 971 and 570 with letter issue date of 2/17/20 does this mean they adjusted my refund and will send me a letter explaining what was done and why?

      I’m confused.

          Bars are gone on WMR and it says:

          “Your tax return is still being processed.
          A refund date will be provided when available.”

            I never got a delay, they just informed me it was offset and still gave me a DDD. What exactly does WMR say?

                Sounds like you potentially had an offset and they took some of your refund to pay a debt? I had that happen last year from a local community college from a few years back
