Irs code 9001 ?

Filed 2/5/2015 accepted the same day. Received code 9001 2/15/2015 called irs today got a rude lady seemed like she wanted to rush me off the phone all she told me was to wait the full 21 days but wmr said i could call if I had questions. Anyone else have this code?

Yeah I had the same exact situation….u should call tomorrow and speak with a different rep….the rep I spoke with today told me I had to do an id verify before they would release it so she gave me a website and number to call just incase…..I wasn’t able to verify on the website so I called the number it took me all day to be able to actually get put on hold bc it was so busy it would tell me to call the next day and hang up on me well I finally got thru and was on hold for an hour and 45 min after verifying the rep told me it would take up to 6 weeks to get my refund….I’m not too upset tho bc at least I know its coming….hoped that helped
