The delay for non credit filers is not because of shutdown.

  I filed mine & my friend’s 10 minutes apart on 1/29. Both PATH. Both EIC/ACTC. She got date of 2/22 last sat and is offset. I have no offsets and no date so that’s not true.

  EIC/ACTC are getting dd as we speak— no release of funds next week. They’re already being released and folks are getting ddd daily. Your answers from IRS are the generic ones they’re giving everyone and have posted on their site.
