IRS and Obamacare

      So my bars and tax topic 152 disappeared today and I called IRS. The lady said my return was pulled for review of Obamacare.
      The lady was saying that’s since I mad over the $695 that IRS can seize it as offset for a penalty, even though I made under the filing threshold for 2015. I need my money. I made under the filing threshold.
      How does IRS expect you to afford Obamacare with only $220 left for an entire year? Don’t even qualify for my state insurance.

          What number are you calling to get anyone today. The number I am calling keeps stating they are closed it is a holiday.

            mine is being held as well i have to send in the 8962 form as well as 1095-a and they determine what has to be payed to them etc knowing my luck since my return is large i wont see a dime of it

              My refund is only around $800 so I really need my money and this is BS
