IRS Accepted 1/28 updated 2/2 with NO Bars and NO PATH

I filed on 1/28 and was accepted the same day using HRB.
I had one bar showing in WMR for the week.
Then, on Saturday morning (2/2) I woke up to this:

“Your tax return is still being processed.

A refund date will be provided when available.
Please read the following information related to your tax situation:
Tax Topic 152, Refund Information
Please Note:
For refund information, please continue to check here, or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day.”

I have not gotten a PATH message as this is the first year in eons that I qualified for a credit and got the ACTC.

Anyone else in the same boat?

@Heather I checked in the app and my Mac. they both don’t have the PATH comment, but I’m starting to think that this is due to me owing the IRS $16. I also checked my transcripts again this morning and it shows nothing for 2018 yet.

I have the following message, filed same time with HRB:

According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before mid-February for tax returns that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit. This applies to the entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits.
Check Where’s My Refund in mid- to late February for your personalized refund status. It’s updated once a day and remains the best way to check the status of your refund.

Did you check it on your phone or something where the top portion was cut off? It looks like it’s the same situation…

@Savannah Thanks, I just didn’t know if I were the only one. I haven’t qualified for a credit in years. So I don’t know how the PATH updating works.
