Filed and accepted on January 27th. Last Friday I ordered my account transcript and the next morning I updated to a refund date will be provided when available. Still can’t order return transcript. Last year I had to verify and I only found out when I called on my 21st day. I called Monday to see if maybe I needed to this year and was told if I did I would get a letter or message on wmr but last year I didn’t get either one and found out when I called. I am claiming EIC & ACTC. I know I won’t get anything until after the 15th but why is bars missing for people with no explanation this year?

file 1/4 with Taxact
accepted 1/12
lost bars 1/18, had refund amount but no tax topic
could mail order account transcripts but not return.
Finally mailed ordered return transcripts 2/10
Updated to Path Act message 2/11.
Currently have not received any letter…
So there is hope out there for you. Maybe just slow processing. Fingers crossed for you!

Your not alone. Filed 1/23 bars disappeared 2/4 generic processing message and no tax topic. I can still see my info on the side… And haven’t received any letters. I’m calling Monday also.

For some reason, you are not done processing. Sounds like you might be on a weekly status. I would say to call again and tell them you were told you need to verify ID. Don’t say who told you. Just keep repeating that you were told. You might get someone to help you. Good luck and keep us posted.
