My gf has an ip problem,last year was sent to old address didn’t get it.had to wind up mailing mailed the first one in March guess due to covid didn’t get a letter back till september saying something was incorrect,we redid it sent it back it’s Feb 21 and gave finally gotten a date for refund to be mailed by tommorow.through the course of all this she’s talked to representatives told multiple people to send it to new address everybody says give it so n so days finally last representative says she doesn’t see where any has been sent and refuses to send another one.she can’t create an irs.gov account because she doesn’t have any financial accounts to verify identity.can she go to a tax assistance center and they help he in person create an account so she can get her pin,or is she in for the long haul again to wait for a refund?

Look up contact info on a tax advocate. Irs.gov should give info and local advocate information for her . Had to use one myself in the past for assistance
