      IRS sent me a letter stating I may qualify for eic. The only thing holding me back is the investment income.

      I cashed stocks totalling 4100 before tax, 3100 after tax. The investment income limit is 3500 I can’t find anywhere that says if it’s before or after taxes…I mean I could call Monday and ask but maybe you guys can help?
