Im new here but i have been keeping up with all the comments. Ok I called today was told system was down. I asked for the extention to talk to someone about my IS. Was told the extension was not valid. No such extention. So I asked to be transferred to the IS department. She said those calls just get routed right back to them. Anyways IS accepted on 2/22. Was told last week when i called everything was good and no issues but nothing more. I asked about getting aTax advocate. Was told that because it was not taxes owed i could not get help from a TA. So just to see i called the TA line. I was accepted and got an account #. Advocate is supposed to call tomorrow. So if any of you are having any hardship, this will get you taxes back quicker. They may ask you to prove hardship but most do not.
