hello, my accountant filed my taxes on Jan 27th. I do have to file a injured spouse form with it. I am just wondering if anyone can shed some light on when I should be expecting DD. I am also trying to figure out a number I can call to actually talk to a human and not a computer. Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks

Im new to this group too, but I have been reading up on the comments on here for over a month now trying to see if anyone had my situation, My husband and I filed our taxes electronically on Janurary 29, got refund back the 12Th of Feburary, and an offset was taken due to my student loans from before we knew each other or got married, anyways we filed our injured spouse form on the 11th they recieved/processed it on the 29th of Feb, Ive called number a few times told me to wait the 8 weeks, today is 8 weeks, i call and lady tells me a notice has been sent out from the IS dept to allow another 2 weeks for delivery she couldnt tell me what it was about or if our form had got accepted the wmr website hasnt updated or the offset number. Now, im wondering how much longer we have to wait. This is all a bunch of crap just to get the money ur owed. My husbamd made 98% of our income while.i only made 300. We had income of well above 45,000 for the year, Im hoping we get back what was taken out. Anyone know whats going??
