Information about ID Verify

I talked to a representative today. I was Filed n accepted on 1/28. No movement to find out I have to ID verify. 🤬 can anybody tell me how long will it take for me to receive my refund after verifying my Identity. It’s been pass 21 days.

  No you can’t just show up but you can make an appointment.

  Happened to me last year! I waited the 21 days and then called and they claimed they sent a letter in the mail yet it didn’t arrive until several days after the phone call. You would think they would at least update something like THAT on the WMR so that people didn’t have to wait even longer than the 21 days they’ve already had to wait!

  I had to ID verify last year and I’m assuming I have to again this year since I’m getting the same messages. I had to call twice for my letter but after I finally got everything done I got my refund 2 weeks later.
