      Hi,

      I have never claimed this credit before, even when eligible. Will this require proof? I provided the EIN and address, but I don’t know If that’s enough. Please share your experiences with this credit? Thank you!

          Thank you both for your responses! As I mentioned, I have never bothered to take advantage of the credit, so I wasn’t sure as to what all might be required.

              I don’t have much experience as I only claimed it one year when my youngest was 3. It was only for 9 months. I only submitted what they asked for on TT. I received it no problems that year and have never had to submit anything further. I hope that helps?
