Incorrect info entered into WMR

I have been filing HOH for 2 years straight and with TT . When I check my status on WMR with correct info SS-HOH-Amount it says incorrect info entered. To add insult to injury — I had to ID verify which went though pretty easily on 2/24. SO here is my quandary, when I enter my info into WMR with my correct info it says incorrect. When I enter the WRONG Filing Status: SINGLE It shows my refund “:status” ~ still processing. Isnt that weird that WMR wont recognize my info ?

It did that to me about filing status
turbotax filed and accepted 1/28
Had still processing id verify but as of this morning 5am it now says is being processed

Its always something that an easy fix that makes everything so difficult on the other side. God forbid you want to look at what’s going on if anything to be told something stupid..
