I'm so confused!

1/24- Filed & accepted minutes later

1/24-2/5- 1 bar and TT 152

1/29 &2/1-Ordered my transcripts.

2/5- Got a letter in the mail stating my request could not be processed. Called the IPSU number on the letter. ID VERIFIED with rep, proceeded to order transcripts. Ordered wrong ones and said I didn’t want them. Rep got pissed.

2/6- LOST BARS AND TT152; Still processing message. Everything still on the side.

So between here and the Facebook page I’ve been told that I lost bars BECAUSE I verified with the rep and it’s delaying me. I’ve also been told I have to verify my ID AGAIN through another department. The rep told me that verifying with her wouldn’t affect my return but she also LIED to me throughout the call about other things.

I don’t know who to believe and I don’t think there’s anyone else going through this same thing. I haven’t checked WMR yet today because I’m afraid I might lose it if there wasn’t an update. I’m so frustrated! My car needs inspected this month and I have some repairs I need to do to past. I can afford to not get a DDD for this month. I just want a STRAIGHT ANSWER! Luckily my 21 days are up tomorrow and I can call someone Tuesday.

I got the same letter my 21 days up 27 persumbly the 28th I’ll be calling all next week if I don’t have any updates on wmr this tax season 2016 is a fuxking mess..people will be homeless while the IRS eating good…rest easy tax prayers our time will truly come

I don’t have TT152 it disappeared with my bars. I just got off the phone with the IRS and she gave me the 21 Days script. It’s cool, I’m just going to keep calling til someone tells me something.

Just be patient. The 152 just means there processing your return and you should be seeing your ddd. It takes a few days after you get the ddd to get your money. I’ll bet you’ll be seeing something soon.

Just checked, still no bars or TT, couldn’t ID Verify online, and still no return transcript! Today is my 20th day which if you round up makes it my 21st day! I’m about to call!
