I’m confused please explain

My transcripts updated today, finally, my cycle date is 20190905 but it says my received date is April 15, 2019. I filed and accepted on 2/13. Could someone break this down for me?

  All the cycle date is just a cycle, I don’t think it’ has a huge barren to what happens other than the last 2 digits so indixate if you update daily or weekly, at least that’s what is being told to me. The April date is the date that it needs to be fully finished processing by…again this is what I’ve been reading about those dates and not 100%
