If your bank rejected your refund

Morning everyone!
I’m currently waiting for my back to reject my refund because I was unaware I couldn’t get my refund loaded onto my money network pay card from my employer. I called sbtpg yesterday and asked what the process would be since I have funds taken out. Good news! Y’all should have your paper check in less than 2 weeks.

Please allow 2 days for sbtpg to try to deposit it, allow 2 more days for sbtpg to receive the refund back and detect it has been rejected, as soon as they get it back their computers will print and send a check that same day! Then it’s 5-10 days until you’ll see it delivered to your address. Hope this helps some breathe easy! If you don’t have funds being taken out I’m not exactly sure how the process goes.

  Has anyone else ever been through this before? I just want some insight on what tpg online will look like, like where will it tell me that it’s a check and not direct deposit? And will it update only after it’s sent?

  I’m sure there’s about to be duplicate posts of this on here but I never upgraded from the original card Taco Bell gave me, didn’t know I had to in order for me tax refund to be deposited on it!

  I had a money network card from Walmart when I worked there and they let me deposit it. I wonder why they changed it?
